We hope you have enjoyed our tips and suggestions to retain some sort of sanity while stuck at home. In the midst of all the negative hysteria, we would like to shine some light on communities that are spreading positivity during Coronavirus shutdowns. Here are some of our favorites!
Reunion, Colorado: A community Facebook page called “I Need This!’ which allows neighbors to request groceries and household items and connects them to people who are willing to help provide the necessary services.
New York City: Sauce Pizzeria, a small pizza shop located in Manhattan, will deliver free pizzas to hospitals and allow individuals to donate a pizza and match the contribution.
California: A friendly neighbor posted flyers on hundreds of mailboxes offering to provide groceries and cleaning supplies to elderly and at-risk individuals in the community.
These are just a few of our favorites. Do you know of any heroes in your community that are spreading positivity during Coronavirus shutdowns? Comment and tag them on our Facebook to show them love!
